Varrio Nuevo Estrada, also known as "VNE" is a Chicano gang founded in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, California in the Estrada Courts housing projects. Through time, VNE has expanded to occupy other local cities such as East Los Angeles, Montebello, and Lancaster. VNE is known to be a notorious gang with a gang injunction. VNE cliques include the Tiny Winos, Tiny Locos, Devils, and Malos in Estrada Courts, Tick Tocks, and Tiny Locos in Montebello, and Primos in Lancaster. Varrio Nuevo Estrada is one of the oldest chicano gangs in Los Angeles, since the early 40's. VNE is also known to be associated with Sureños.

One well known Estrada Courts mural is in memory of a VNE member. [1] The mural, entitled, Que Rifan Todo Las Cliqas del Varrio Nuevo Estrada Que Vivan is located at 3328 Hunter St, Los Angeles. The artist Daniel Martinez painted the mural in 1973. Varrio Nuevo Estrada has also been represented in "Placas" or graffiti art [2]
